Chalk Art Competition – My First W&M Weekend

The Muscarelle Museum of Art, Student Assembly, Student Leadership Development, and STEP are sponsoring participation in the Muscarelle Museum of Art Annual Chalk Art Competition. Grab a group of friends and get ready to have some artistic fun during My First W&M Weekend. This is a great event to support W&M’s continued recognition of the Year of the Arts!
We’ll provide all of the materials and give you plenty of tips to get started. You’ll recreate a work of art from the Muscarelle collection in chalk — no previous art-making experience required.
Registration is Free!!!
Compete for fun and prizes: 1st place $200 credit; 2nd place $100 credit, and 3rd place $75 credit with Student Leadership Development for the Recognized Student Organization of your choosing!
If you can’t commit to the competition, plan to stop by and see all the great chalk art that afternoon! DJ, Lemonade, and water provided!
