The Honorable Molly Ward, Secretary of Natural Resources will be speaking about the future environmental challenges facing the Commonwealth, including sea level rise, the Clean Power Plan and the Chesapeake Bay TDML.  This First Tuesday lecture is part of a series in cooperation with the Virginia Coastal Policy Center (VCPC) at the William & Mary Law School and the Muscarelle Museum of Art presenting the 17th National Exhibition of the American Society of Marine Artists.
