Homeschool Art Classes Winter 2026: Ages 12-18

Homeschooled students ages 12-18 are invited to join us on Mondays at the Muscarelle to explore a wide variety of media, skills and techniques with art educator Alison Pariso. In addition to fine art studio practice, this class will also explore the business side of art, with students learning skills related to the promotion, marketing and sale of their art.

The Winter 2026 session consists of ten one-hour classes that will take place from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM on Mondays from Jan. 12 through Mar. 23 (no class on Martin Luther King Jr Day, Jan. 19).

All materials will be provided and all skill levels are welcome; just bring your imagination!

INSTRUCTOR:
Alison Pariso has taught art classes to grades 6-12 in the Virginia public school system for 6 years. In September of 2022, she stepped away from the brick and mortar classroom and started teaching art to the community at large. She currently teaches art workshops to students of all ages in a variety of mediums.
