Muscarelle Summer Kids Art Camp

The Muscarelle Summer Art Camp is currently full. If you’re interested in joining a waiting list for any spaces that may open, please email museum@wm.edu. 

Join the Muscarelle for a week of art exploration this summer! Designed for rising second-grade through rising eighth-grade students, this week-long camp will explore a variety of media, techniques and styles, with a special focus on the intersection of art, science and nature.

Each day will feature a visit by a community-based guest artist, whose work and stories will inspire the day’s art activities, and each day campers will take home their own unique art piece. Led by Steve Prince, Director of Engagement at the Muscarelle Museum of Art, and staffed by professional artist/instructors and W&M student interns, this camp will inspire the artist inside every student! All skill and experience levels welcome. Snacks provided; each camper should bring a water bottle daily.
