Event Rentals

The Muscarelle Museum of Art is pleased to make its facilities available for private and university-sponsored events to further our mission of promoting art exploration on campus and throughout the community.

Available spaces include:

The Event Hall is a flexible event space that can accommodate lectures, conference-style events, receptions, and seated meals. It can seat up to 185 in theatre-style rows or 80 at round tables. The room has a built-in projector, drop-down screen, and audio capabilities.


The Atrium is the museum’s large foyer, bordered on two sides by glass entryways and with two sky bridges running across the second floor. The atrium can accommodate receptions and similar events. Only available after regular museum hours.


The Seminar Room is a classroom that offers seating for 30 people at tables. No food or drink allowed.
