Elizabeth Andrews, Professor of the Practice and Director, Virginia Coastal Policy Center, and Peggy Sanner, Virginia Assistant Director and Senior Attorney of the Chesapeake Bay Foundation will be speaking about the Commonwealth’s current efforts to address sea level rise and the Chesapeake Bay TMDL.  This First Tuesday lecture is part of a series in cooperation with the Virginia Coastal Policy Center (VCPC) at the College of William & Mary Law School and the Muscarelle Museum of Art presenting the 17th National Exhibition of the American Society of Marine Artists.
