Groups of up to 250 people may be accommodated.

Facility Rental Guidelines

Upstairs (North, Graves & Cheek Galleries)
Standing Reception: Maximum of 250 people using all galleries
Seated: Maximum of 118 people
Downstairs
Standing Reception: 300
Seated: Maximum of 96 people (Sheridan Gallery)

Available nights and weekend evenings.  Some stipulations in regards to numbers, spaces and catering may apply depending on the current exhibition.

Permission for photography is at the discretion of the Director, and per exhibition agreements.

Choose from the list of approved caterers below, they are knowledgeable regarding reception logistics at the Museum.

Policies regarding live or recorded music vary depending on the current exhibition stipulations.

* A minimum of 2 security guards are required, each at $50 per hour, for the period when the caterer arrives until the museum closes.
* The use of candles or open flames is strictly prohibited, other restrictions apply.
