MUSCARELLE EXPLORATIONS | Art Therapy Workshop

Sarah Balascio, a registered board certified art therapist and adjunct lecturer at William & Mary’s McLeod Tyler Wellness Center, will lead three virtual workshops to help participants explore feelings and work on relaxation. The focus will be on expressing ourselves through the arts in a supportive and mindful environment. All are welcome to attend and no experience is necessary – just a willingness to experiment!

Materials list: blank paper, a black marker and something to add color (colored pencils, markers, crayons, or watercolor).
